Job Title: Academy Goalkeeping Coach

Hours: 35 hours per week to include evenings and weekends

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Job Type: Permanent

Exciting opportunity to develop our academy goalkeepers

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage and coach goalkeepers within the youth development phase. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting academy goalkeepers through their training and match day experiences. You will also be responsible for uploading essential information to Kitman Labs. Additionally, you will contribute to the trial processes and play a key role in our talent identification and scouting program.

 

What are we looking for?

You should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver creative and engaging presentations. Additionally, experience working with young professional players across all academy age groups is essential.

 

You will already hold the following qualifications:

  • FA Emergency First Aid Certificate (minimum Level 2)
  • FA Safeguarding qualification
  • UEFA ‘B’ Goalkeeping License
  • UEFA ‘B’ License
