The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a BFC Women Head Coach to join us at Burnley Football Club. 

About You

Are you a committed about the development and success our Burnley FC Women players? You may be our next Head Coach for BFC’s Women’s team.

The ideal candidate will possess their UEFA A Licence and have exceptional leadership skills, with a winning mentality.

You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations

As the Head Coach for BFC Women, you will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver weekly training and instructional sessions overseeing hands on player development and prepare the team ahead of match days.
• Facilitate and conduct regular player review meetings.
• Recommend and recruit players for the BFC Women in tandem with the Head of Women’s Football.
